Help with card inventory

DOH! Got posted before I finished.
Anyway, I was trying to see if I had the cards in the Commander's Quarters Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain deck Jhoira Weatherlight Captain - Commander's Quarters. When I click the "Compare to Inventory" button, it says I'm missing almost all the cards, even though I know I have a lot of them (including Jhoira!) Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thought I would add some more info. So in my inventory, the quantity column reads "0" for each card, though seit is the number of decks linked too that card. If I manually click on the quantity box for a card, hit the plus icon, then go to Jhoira and click "Compare to Inventory," it then does show that I have that card.
I assume this is a bug, unless that's how the system is supposed to work and I just misunderstood the "sync to inventory" button? If I have to, I'll go through and manually enter the values to match the decks it is in, it would just be annoying.
Regardless, this website and community is awesome!

DOUBLE DOH, looks like it didn't post early.
I've uploaded all my cards and precons to TappedOut using the "Sync to Inventory" checkbox. The inventory is private, if that matters. But when I tried the "Compare to Inventory" button on the Commander's Quarters deck, it says I only have like three cards. I know I have Jhoira, and that doesn't show up. Sorry for multiple posts. Any tips?
