Adding card with asterisks in name gives error

I've been looking through forum threads and searching but can't find how to add this Zombie */* U (MIC) token to my deck. I can tell the site is misinterpreting the asterisks, but they're part of the card's name. When I try to save, it says "Cards not found: Zombie (MIC)". It also misinterprets them in this post as italics so I'm using the HTML code for asterisks, which I tried when saving the deck and that also didn't work. What do?

What card normally produces said token?

Check the card's page on this site, and then look at how that particular token is written out..

Metroid_Hybrid: This issue will be the case for any token that has a variable P/T which is portrayed as asterisks.

The cards themselves always say "create an X/X token where X is" but the tokens are always shown with asterisks and not Xs. This is also the case for any nontoken card as well. I'll ask about swapping them if it would cause any issues.

Metroid_Hybrid: The name of the card is "Zombie */* U (MIC)". The problem seems to be the asterisks in the name are interpreted by the site to be a markup (like *CMDR* to denote your commander), so essentially the site can't read the name of the card.

Femme_Fatale: Thanks! I mostly wanted to add tokens manually as a 1:1 with the real deck I have, but the automatic tokens are sufficient for importing to play with my out-of-state friend. If the issue affects nontoken cards too, though, that does sound like a problem.

It's not an issue with nontoken cards, it's that we portray asterisks whenever the P/T box shows an asterisk rather than what the textbox says. This is why the names of the tokens have asterisks since our naming scheme is TOKENNAME P/T COLOUR w/ KEYWORD.

Femme_Fatale: So now I'm intrigued. How would one write out one of these 'X/X' tokens?

For example I have a Zombie Warrior 4/4 B as the preview card for my God-Eternal Oketra deck

Metroid_Hybrid with asterisks. Which is why this post was made because it causes bugs when one actually tries to do.

Oh, okay...

So translation: You can't (at least for the foreseeable future)..

I changed the token names to be X/X instead of asterisks, you should be able to tag them now.
