Question about Standard rotation

I've never played standard and this is my first rotation on Standard in MTGA after starting last month. When Innistrad Midnight Hunt comes out, do all 4 sets (ELD, TBD, IKO, M21) all rotate out at the same time? Or when MID comes in, ELD rotates out and TBD is still legal until VOW comes out?

The sets will all rotate at the same time. As a tip, you can use https://whatsinstandard.com/ to see when the next rotation will be and what leaves standard during that rotation.
