Crystalline Giant + Colossification + Manifold Key ?
From the moment I laid eyes on colosiffication I've wanted to make it work. This is the best way I can see to do it.
Any other ideas?

Manifold Key rotates soon. just stick the enchantment on any hexproof creature.

Gingerbrute instead of Giant? Untapping with Key works the same, and Cookie Boy can get evasion all by himself.

Oh, and although not standard legal, Arcanum Wings is quite useful with Colossification.

Anything that Flings
Burning Anger can be used in reponse to the tap trigger for Storm Herald decks. However this isn't standard, so probably bot as iportant to you.
There are things like Claim the Firstborn which can untap. Plenty of thoose so I won't go into detail.
Ram Through could be interesting.
