A few things to set up though?
Enderman anti griefing, one person sleep, and if the server is big enough dragon dropping elytra.

Is this for PC? If so remove me. I thought this was for XBOX or MCPE.

yeaGO: this was years ago, before realms was a thing. I ran a bukkit server semi-professionaly, and between the constant updates of mods, the game, and the mods randomly erasing their configurations, I was "playing" Minecraft text files for basically eight hours a day, on top of a full time job.
It was awful, not fun, and left a sour taste in my mouth for the game, and the whole genre. I can't even play Space Engineers despite it being very, very cool.

One person sleep just makes servers more bearable.
Have you ever tried to coordinate everyone to sleep at the same time? It's a nightmare.
Enderman griefing is really annoying when it comes to building farms. All the command block does is puts something in their hands so they can't move stuff around.
BTW, I'd be willing to do the command block stuff if you wanted.

When I do play, I play on my friends server. Its not a realms one, and its all whitelist, vanilla MC...
But I'll check y'all out sometime... When I'm not swamped with work/school/magic gppq's :3
