Tribal shapeshifter buffs

What are some of the better buffs for a shape shifter deck? I’m already thinking Dragon Tempest as explosive turn threes. So what do you think.

I was pondering this the other day, with Morophon, the Boundless coming out I thought why not? They show up in all 5 colors, every tribal buff can be relevant if you are using changelings, plus some of them are just plain cute.
In the same vein as your Dragon Tempest you should look at Sarkhan Unbroken . His ult would be super beneficial... same with the original Nissa Revane ult. And if you like the not dragon but they are dragons theme you could also run the partners Khorvath Brightflame and Sylvia Brightspear
Lords that offer more than +1/+1 like Sliver Hivelord , Knight Exemplar or Aryel, Knight of Windgrace are good choice but obviously you don't want too many clogging up your creature base.
The you have your usual suspects Obelisk of Urd , Herald's Horn , Shared Animosity and the like.
Im not sure how to build it just yet but I feel like it could be a lot of fun.

Haakon, Stromgald Scourge is a beast with changelings, especially with Nameless Inversion and Crib Swap . You need to play Liliana of the Veil and/or Collective Brutality , however, so he's not a dead card when you draw him.
@Funkydiscogod: I play Godo, Bandit Warlord with Batterskull in my 4-Color Gifts deck. He's an absolute beast in the control matchup when your opponent is playing 3 colors.

Is the intention for this to be modern-viable, or just kitchen-table-shanigans?... because so far it doesn’t look like anyone’s found anything noteworthy other than what the OP mentioned

All Changeling are Shaman, and I've always felt one of the strongest Lords in Modern was Rage Forger

I was thinking something along the lines of Sage of Fables and Bramblewood Paragon for counter generation. Rage Forger and Dragon Tempest to burn
Naban, Dean of Iteration can get nutty by replicating those abilities
Do I need those counter spells? What do you think?

it's a shame Mana Echoes is not modern legal
Joraga Warcaller and Shared Animosity for buffs.
Draconic Roar if you are going for direct damage or burn?
Silumgar's Scorn is a modern legal counterspell!
as for removal Coordinated Barrage Pack's Disdain could work but as with the buff spells you need lots of creatures on the battlefield to make them worth it
