Jund Build?

I have been looking into building Jund(Paper). I've always wanted to play jund and one of the big bulls to the deck for me was the great midrange engines and 2 for 1s, and lastly getting a blood braid into lili. I know the lurrus build is very good(and maybe better) and cheaper. I just don't know if the cheaper price and better deck is worth possibly getting banned into oblivion and not being able to play what might be my two favorite cards in the deck. What do you think?

Well, if lurrus gets banned, the only valuable card that you take out of the deck is mishra's bauble. Even lurrus himself is only $6. If you want to play the 'better' deck, then lurrus is a good option. But there is a lot of merit in playing what you want.

It may be my two pages of Bloodbraid Elfs in my binder, or my TappedOut moniker "Wife of Bloodbraid Elf," or the 94x Bloodbraid Elves in my binder Wants list, but I think you should play the cards you want to play. :)
In all seriousness, I think Lurrus is very likely to get banned. However, since the deck has a fairly consistent "core," you could build the Lurrus deck and then upgrade it into the BBE version post-banning, whenever that is. You'd basically only be wasting the $10 on Lurrus itself.
