Thought on dragon burn deck with adding Sarkhan whelp

I added Sarkhan whelp to my modern dragon burn deck. I would like to knows your thoughts on this deck as far as it curve and synergy. This deck I would like to be high level casual/ somewhat competitive.

The same issues remain. A lack of consistancy. Unwhelming cards for a high cost. And no way to interact profitably with modern decks? Whelp is a bad card anyway and adding it to your deck does nothing to cover its weaknesses or exploit its strengths.
