Personally, I think your list looks good except for the Kiora, the Crashing Wave. She dies to any 2 creatures with 3 power, Lightning Bolt, or any 3 creatures with 2 power. Gideon Jura, Keranos, God of Storms, or even Elspeth, Knight-Errant are all better choices IMO.

I run a very similar list I would suggest putting a Mistveil Plains in to recur cards in your graveyard. Also I would think about adding a few of the Nihilithother than that play with the deck some and find out what you think could be replaced to create more janky plays

Mistveil Plains is useless if u can't fetch it (and i don't like to run fetches), and Nihilith is not a super strong card, hopefully i will replace my bring to lights with garruk relentless and gideon jura

and @sylvannos, everything except gideon isn't super budget, but if u would be willing to give them to me on paper i'd take them :p

If you're on super budget, just play something that's really hard to deal with and dodges the removal in the format. Gideon Jura is probably the best bet, but arguments could be made for Blood Baron of Vizkopa, Obzedat, Ghost Council, Grave Titan, Inferno Titan, Myr Battlesphere, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, etc.
