This week's magic story has been posted!

I am really hoping that Nahiri shall redeem herself, but this story has me worried that she shall become irredeemably evil, since she murdered Akiri in cold blood. Hopefully, everything shall work out at the end of this story, and Nahiri will realize that she is, again, causing untold danger to a plane with her reckless behavior; did she not learn anything from her actions on Innistrad?

Nahiri doesn't believe she was in the wrong on Innistrad. I still don't view her as a villain or especially not evil. She is certainly making poor (or horrible) choices, but I really appreciate that we are getting to see her thought processes and motivations first hand while she makes those choices. She believes her end goal is right even if the rest of us disagree.

Villains don’t usually think they’re in the wrong do they?

I think it’s too early in Nahiri’s arc for her to really get any redemption...

MindAblaze, that depends upon the villain; in this game, there is no doubt that Bolas fully embraced his evilness and enjoyed being evil, and the same can be said for Tibalt, Ob Nixilis, and virtually any inhabitant of Phyrexia, both old and new, whereas Konda, Kirtar, and Dovin all believed that they were righteous.
