Is Theros the only plane with a confirmed "afterlife"?

Innistrad and Amonkhet see their dead rise again, and Innistrad has souls, but I don't think either have a "heaven" or "hell".

Kaldheim has multiple realms, but were any confirmed to be an "afterlife", as in you die and your soul travels to another realm?

Is Theros the only one?

This question intrigued me wayy more then you would think it would, and I scrounged the internet for a good 30 mins on this topic.

Best I could find was a reference to a reference of a supposed afterlife in Dominara. Looks to me like yes, Theros is the only plane so far with a confirmed afterlife.

I assume it's asking about a different "world" within the plane, rather than just the presence of ghosts.

I would argue that pre-Conflux Grixis was almost a self-contained afterlife. Nothing can be naturally born or grow there, and the population is overwhelmingly either dead several times over or never alive to begin with. It's sort of a weird example that I'm not 100% sure is right, because it's not really the afterlife of anywhere. It's just a self-contained land of the dead.

Didn't the original ravnica block story have Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran become a spirit working for the azorious guild. Or is that not quite what you were asking?

So, like consider Christianity or basically any religion here on Earth. Well, with the exception of a few. The idea is you have a soul or an essence within you, and when you die that entity extends into an entirely new existence, be it one of eternal peace or one of damnation. And yes, I understand not all religions have a "hell", and those who practice a belief in reincarnation may not exactly have a "heaven" either. But I think we can go off of generalities on this one.

In Theros, your soul actually "goes" somewhere; to The Underworld. You may just be a zombie thrull wearing a funerary mask, but the point is your soul left your body and went to another region of existence. An afterlife.

Is that all? Just Theros? That if someone dies on Zendikar, Alara, Lorwyn, Tarkir, Ravnica... You just cease? You just stop existing?

With all of this magic, and all of these world's and all of this power... It's just empty blackened nothingness?

That seems... odd.

Ravnica clearly has an afterlife, since your spirit can be bound to the Orzhov instead of going on its natural progression.

Dominaria has an underworld, as Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar lived there and created its cookbook.

Kaldheim has its afterlife discussed in detail, especially as it relates to the Valkyrie who take souls where they belong.

Souls on Innistrad can become spirits - the disturb mechanic in the upcoming set illustrates this.

Other than the ones referenced, it would be interesting if there was a "Heaven" plane that souls progress towards once departed from their worldly vessel.

Ravnica also has the Ghost Quarter, and Zendikar has occasional cards like Ruin Ghost that appear to be spirits of the dead. There's also a random Pteron Ghost from Mirrodin.

Didn’t Kamigawa have a massive Spirit War? I’m not sure if the spirits manifested in another plane of existence or if any of the spirits there count as the deceased of the living.

Caerwyn I'm not sure if the dominaria underworld is the same as an afterlife. From what I've seen it seems more akin to a realm from kaldheim
