Which is better for a cube, Nahiri, the Harbinger or Ajani Vengeant?

I personally like Nahiri more, just because she is more versatile and badass.

Depends, what archetypes are you supporting?

LeaPlath Well I'm looking to have a single two color planeswalker in , , , , and . The archetypes for are Mardu Aristocrats, and Naya Aggro, so the Planeswalkers should be supportive of something fairly aggressive, but neither of these cards scream those.

Well, for Naya Aggro, Ajani was a staple of the bigger decks for mana denial and a helix on a stick, as well as being able to lock down blockers.

Nahiri's removal is basically the same as Ajani's, but the loot effect pretty good for control decks too. Do you have any cheat into play or control archetypes?

LeaPlath, I do have spell-slinging, which is more tempo than crontrol, as well as ETB, again more tempo than control. I can only see a cheating-into-play subtheme in with an effect like Cloudshift or Essence Flux. I see what you mean with Ajani Vengeant having more relevant abilities, and, with more tempo in the format, his first ability is better than Nahiri, the Harbinger's. Splashing is relatively common, so more archetypes could take advantage.
