Offline Deck Creator?

I'm heading out of town on a flight and I spent some time looking for an offline deck creator but I couldn't find a good one. Does anyone know of a program I could use? Preferably with every card and with prices (though that may not be possible).

Look in the app store for "decked builder", it's the best deck building app ive seen. It works off line but not with prices.
I literally use it every day all day.

If you have a Samsung phone I'd recommend the app MTG Unofficial. The card search engine has everything you need and the deck builder is really easy to use. It doesn't have offline prices (takes prices online from TCGplayer), but it does have a useful deck test feature that you can goldfish on (although it takes some practice to use fluently). The design is really clean, as well.
My friends with iPhones use the Decked Builder app, which from what I've seen (and from what they've told me) is far inferior to MTG Unofficial, but I think it's the next best one out there.
