Sorin vs Nahiri Duel Decks (rule 0)

I've had this idea for a while now, inspired in part by Single Combat. The plan is to build a pair of commander decks, one helmed by Nahiri, the other by Sorin, and themed by there abilities. I've got a couple of rough drafts put together, but I would appreciate some advice in balancing them against each other. It's not about making the best decks, but a pair of decks that are always fairly close when played against one another. Both lean heavily on legendary creatures.
Nahiri Duel Deck 1/2 Nahiri is all about warriors and equipment.
Sorin Duel Deck 2/2 Sorin is vampire tribal with a decent amount of removal.
Any advice is appreciated (in terms of deckbuilding and flavor), thanks in advance.
The price differential seems to some from a lot of equipment being excessively expensive, as well as one of the creatures being $200+ simply because it's from Portal (Zhang Fei, Fierce Warrior). My playgroup doesn't mind proxies, so it's not an issue.
I don't have it typed up, but I began working from similar ratios to what you have, then began adjusting away from pre-con levels. Mayve I adjusted too far and need to bring it back down. I feel like the Sorin deck has a lead because of the higher number of spot removal and lower creature count for Nahiri, so I may need to adjust one side or the other.

I love the idea, but why is the price difference so high between the two decks?
I'd recommend making them "pre-con level" decks for the sake of balance. One of the writers on MTGGoldfish (I can't remember which, I'm sorry) broke down pre-cons into categories and then had a rough breakdown of how many there were for each. I took the average of five different ones and came up with these averages. This was research for making my own "pre-con". These numbers were from artifact based decks, if that matters at all.
