Please help me make Vaevictis Asmadi the Dire infinite combats more consistent!

Howdy folks, I've been tinkering with Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire since he came out. It's gotten to the point where it's my bling deck, and honestly I'm not comfortable putting any more money into it. That said, I have the signets and some other land-fixing cards in my collection doing work elsewhere, and I would be happy to slot them in if it's the forums general wisdom that they would make the deck more consistent.
The two wincons of the deck are, 1st and foremost, infinite combats, and 2nd, It That Betrays stax, by way of cheating the combo pieces out with topdeck manipulation thanks to Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire 's Chaos Warp effect. I realize that Chaos Warp is inconsistent by nature, the consistency I'm looking for is really how to get Vaevictis out and swinging as soon as possible so that the cheating can function.
I feel like I've sunk enough money into the deck where this should be possible. With the inclusion of like Imperial Seal and Mana Crypt in place of some of the dragon cards, the deck would probably be D-list cEDH, which is kind of a compelling idea...
