Permanents with tutoring effects.

I'm looking for permanents with tutoring effects for my EDH deck PrimalBOOM. I can't get any non-permanent spells because they wouldn't work with Primal Surge so I have considered Rune-Scarred Demon but can you suggest any others or should I just leave it at that or just leave them out. Any other suggestions about the deck are also welcome.

IDK if it's in your colors, but Wild Research has been a beast in my EDH deck, especially with Library of Leng on the field.
