Just acquired my Aether Vials after numerous games against spirits. Would something like Stromkirk Condemned be good for tribal support and be able to use top deck mana draws efficiently?

If not, what card(s) would you recommend for an aggressive, low-curve vampire tribal Modern deck?

vampires don't want Aether Vial. you'd be better off using Blade of the Bloodchief and removal. without more removal, your Cordial Vampire is being wasted. add white for Legion Lieutenant, which is way better than Stromkirk Condemned. same cmc, same pt, but the buff is permanent and doesn't require discarding a card.

Might go well with Bloodghast.

So far, I've added Legion Lieutenant, Path to Exile and reduced the number of Aether Vials down to 2 to act as additional "Sorins" for his ultimate ability. I'm thinking I may go the route of Blade of the Bloodchief if I stick to the Cordial Vampires plan.

Aether Vial isn't worth using without the full 4. it's only good if you can drop it turn 1 so you need to max your chances of getting it if you're gonna use it at all

also important to note that Path to Exile will not trigger Blade of the Bloodchief or Cordial Vampire. so path is best left in the sideboard while the mainboard uses removal that actually causes the creature to "die". bring in path against things like Wurmcoil Engine and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger

manbearpig90 What about Tragic Slip for removal? Especially as it gets around indestructible.

I've taken out the Aether Vials and brought in the Blade of the Bloodchiefs. My gut feeling is that two to three copies should be enough in this deck.

Thank you for the feedback everyone! I'm excited to see how this develops.

Tragic Slip isn't very good imo. Fatal Push is more reliable as a 1 mana removal spell

manbearpig90 I meant that Tragic Slip would supplement Fatal Push as a 2 of if I'm running 2 copies of Blade of the Bloodchief. Otherwise, I'm not sure what other viable removal spells I should run two of to replace Tragic Slip. Terminate, maybe?

Terminate is really good, as is Cast Down. run 4 of all your spells to improve consistency.
