Help with tiny leaders

I just built a new deck, and I don't know if it's good. The only thing I know about tiny leaders are the rules, so I need help understanding what's good, and what needs to be improved. I'm building around Rayne, Academy Chancellor, and here's my deck: My shot at tiny leaders
