Esper enchantment deck help

I bought the Alela precon and am taking pieces along with cards I had from my Daxos, the returned EDH deck to make it into an esper enchantment deck. Looking to have any relative budget suggestions for the deck itself. Yes some of the rocks are a bit pricy but I am willing to pay in help to get the deck going.
