I could acquire the pieces over time. I'd say no individual card over $60 or so. To just buy outright and be ready to play I'd say $300. Maybe a little more. Problem is, I don't have anyone to play against, so even if I build it, I have no way to playtest it against equal power decks...it would basically be me just playing a level 7-8 deck against a bunch of 4-5's.

I'll always take a chance to see if anybody can give me some feedback on my first competitive deck.
It's been doing pretty well at the commander games at my local LGs in the last 12 games, I have won nine of them. And I don't think that's so bad. Also one of those games was a draw because of a Jaya's Immolating Inferno that got hit with a Twincast lol
