Does anyone know of a card that allows you to put a card from your hand back to the library for cheap?

Vendilion Clique (though puts it on the bottom so may not be ideal??)

Dream Cache also accomplishes this if you're either on a budget or going deep with this effect (i.e. Narset, Enlightened Master ).

At the risk of giving you a card that doesn’t fit the format you are looking for.... people often forget that Library of Leng doesn’t just give you unlimited hand size, but also allows you to put a discarded card back on the TOP (!) of your library.

Depends on the format. Brainstorm can put cards from your hand on top of your library, as can its descendent Brainstone . Scroll Rack is similar. Lat-Nam's Legacy and See Beyond shuffle a card in, while Whirlpool Rider reshuffles your whole hand. Is this the sort of thing you're looking for?
