Valyria - Pre Doom Set

I've started some work on a custom set based around Old Valyria from A Song of Ice and Fire.
Just need some input on the new mechanics so far and if the cards feel right.
Now for any other Asoiaf lore junkies, I'm going to have to develop my own names for other great dragonlord family names that existed before the Doom. As you can see here, Aegrizan is one that I've already made, and could really use some help trying to make some more. I have no illusions about making all 40 Lords Freeholder, but at least enough to use a large chunk of the color wheel would be nice.

I think only one creature should be allowed to mount a dragon at a time

I pulled that wording directly from Soulbond, so I believe it correlates to exactly one Mount.

My problem is that Soulbond isn't mounting a creature. Mounting should be considered similar to banding-the creatures become one entity. Think about it for a second. I'm riding some big-ass dragon, so why the hell would I get off, attack, my dragon attacks, and I get back on? Wouldn't I just strike WITH my dragon, on its back? It doesn't really make sense from a flavor perspective.
Oh yeah, and there should be a cost to mount. And all these cards are hilariously OP.

I agree. Soulbound allows both creatures to attack. Either the dragon should be considered an Artifact Creature with 
equip creature to it or it should be banding...but banding sucks. Don't do banding.

These are broken AF. Mount should be an equip cost.
