There was a fair bit of complaining online that Tiamat was not a Planeswalker. She isn't one because she is trapped eternally in the first layer of Hell, thereby being unable to traverse the mortal planes. But, what if she got loose?

Tiamat, Queen Among Gods

Legendary Planeswalker - Tiamat

As you cast Tiamat, Queen Among Gods, you may sacrifice any number of nontoken creatures you control. Each non-Dragon pays for and each Dragon pays for .

+3 Create a 5/5 red Dragon creature token with Devour 1, flying and haste.

-X Draw X cards. You lose twice X life. You may then discard any number of lands. You gain 2 life for each land you discarded in this way.

-8 Tiamat, Queen Among Gods becomes a 10/10 Dragon God creature in addition to her other types until end of turn with flying, trample, indestructible, Ward and annihilator 3.

Just as a note, I believe the cost reduction ability should be something similar to Torgaar, Famine Incarnate:

As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This spell costs {2} less to cast for each creature sacrificed this way.

Overall an interesting design, though a bit hard to judge given the mana cost.

This is....pretty cool. I don't have any experience with custom cards or their intended power levels. But it's definitely, interesting to say the least. Keep up the good work TypicalTimmy. I hope you are doing well all things considered. Wishing you the best <3

The reason for the difference in cost reduction between Dragons and non-Dragons relates to D&D lore. Buckle up kids, this is spicy.

Tiamat is female. And, as a female, she has... desires. She will select the most aggressive, dominate male Dragons - one of each species - to breed with.

However... She doesn't keep the offspring, for fear of them surpassing her own power and might. And so, when birthed, she devours them whole.

Hence, the token being designed as is. The insanity that is her offspring, should it survive.

But, for the benefit of text formatting, it likely should be one set value.
