After a powerful planeswalker card from Throne of Eldraine, The Royal Scions appear to be returning in the coming set of Strixhaven. Thusly, this lead me to perpend the potential of their design, and I mustered something I much enjoy.
Scourers of Mastery
(+1) Up to one target creature gets -2/-0 until the beginning of your next turn. That creature attacks during its controller's next turn if able.
(-2) Draw two cards, then discard a card. When you discard a card this way, Scourers of Mastery deals 2 damage to any target.
(-6) Draw three cards, then you may cast up to two instant and/or sorcery cards from your graveyard and/or hand with mana value 5 or less without paying their mana cost. Exile them as they resolve.
Starting loyalty: (3)
I believe these two as powerful, but not inately broken. The (+1) defends them quite well and can force an unfavourable attack into a readied blocker, the (-2) seems great against control and midrange strategies, and the (-6) is capable of ending the game quite swiftly. Do tell me your thoughts, but I find them to be lovely.
Any ideas?

This seems like a fine card. With the ultimate could probably just cast any spells the 5cmc or less seems like an unesecery restriction
