Meet Freyira an angelic planewalker that watched her plane fall to demonic corruption and saw even her kin fall to despair and depravity, after months of torture her spark ignited and her plane and destroyed in a burst of holy magic cleansing it of taint, unfortunately leaving it a lifeless plane now she roam the multiverse delivering harsh justice to all that she deems evil and with her heightened sixth sense no evil can hide. But with some for corruption in the multiverse could she also becoming tainted by her own crusade?
She maybe too powerful in fact im sure she is

but yeah i agree her second ability is a bit long will trim it

You realize how the +2 makes it worse right? Giving it MORE loyalty should make the ability weaker, since now it’s harder for the opponent to kill it….
Drawing 2 cards off of a + ability is overpowered. The only time it happens is when there’s a downside, like Dack Fayden

Another way to think of it is like this; if you play this and immediately +2 it, you get 2 cards. Then your opponent plays Hero's Downfall or something. Your opponent just got 3 for 1’d even though they killed it as soon as they possibly could.
That’s just feels bad. WOTC tends to avoid making cards that gives these feels bad moments too often.

You’re right that she’s a bit OP, but mostly just the first ability, and the second ability is a bit long.
So what about a static ability that says “Whenever you draw your 4th card in a turn, create a 2/2 Angel with flying and lifelink”
And then the first ability will be just a simple “Scry 2, Draw 1.” Drawing more than 1 on a +1 ability is far too strong.
For the second ability just delete the part about black or demon permanents, or the drawing if it’s more than 5. All 3 of those is just very wordy and her +1 already draws cards.
