Need help! Black/Blue commander

So I've got a friend who loves Magic and his birthday is coming up. He isn't a competitive player but loves making combos and decks around them. He loves Commander and I'd figure I'd make him his own custom commander. His favorite colors are black/blue and loves stealing creatures with cards like Beguiler of Wills.
Here's my attempt at a black/blue commander, the concept is that once you get the ball rolling you can basically steal someone's creature, then sac that creature to steal a different creature.
(Mind you this is my first time ever making a card)

Try "Sacrifice a non-token creature", makes it a little bit more fair overall.

Ok, I'll add "sacrifice a non-token creature" Thanks for that. What about the power and toughness? Is it too big? I was thinking of possibly making it a 2/4

That feels really good, especially with Hexproof and in colors where it's easy to get sacrifice fodder.
