Legendary Planeswalker - Mezara
When Mezara, Technopath enters the battlefield, target Vehicle you control may attack this turn as though it were crewed. It gains haste until end of turn.
+1 Look at the top three cards of your library. You may reveal an artifact from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest back in any order.
0 Target vehicle you control is crewed until end of turn.
-7 Draw seven cards, then put any number of Vehicles from your hand onto the battlefield. They get +3/+3 and gain haste, hexproof and indestructible and are crewed until end of turn.

I sort of feel like, outside Kaladesh-Standard, Crew and Vehicles is an incredibly fringe idea that doesn't really have much potential. You need both an artifact in play, and enough power to make it viable? When you could just use the creatures themselves and bolster them? Seems like a convoluted mess, to me. But, since that's how things work, I decided to build around it.

The idea of a vehicles matter planeswalker sounds awesome. My only thought is, what if rather than one character as the walker, what if it was a legendary planeswalking pirate crew or something? Or it could even be a pirate ship itself. Just throwing out ideas :)
But yeah, I really like vehicles, but they're history has been a little rough. I think they have a hard time balancing them in design because you always either get something that will never get used, or something like Smuggler's Copter or Esika's Chariot that break formats. I actually can't remember any vehicles that were just pretty good.
This card looks really fun and I enjoy the space it's playing with. It could take some of those old vehicles that see no use and give them a place.
