I really like this design. 7 damage plus a 2/1 human for four mana seems very powerful, and a Faithless Looting plus a 2/1 is the same. The flexibility she gives makes her even stronger.
Legendary dtatus is a drawback for most formats, but she can be a commander.
I'd reduce the damage to 6 and limit to creatures. Also maybe make her cost RR. This still seems very pushed, but a little less powerful.

Great enthusiasm with mixing Faithless Looting and Sundering Stroke type effects on a cheap creature. That said, it may need a little nerfing on mana cost or "bolt cost". Just one mana more, in my opinion, on the total cmc would balance it out. One of the reasons faithless got the banhammer was because of the power of turn one discard. Love the creativity, keep it up!

Only question: why can Bolt only be activated MP1? I would change that text to just say "any time you could cast a sorcery", so it's not another thing players have to pay attention to. Great design though, keep it up

I would increase the mana cost, but then the text would overlap it LOL.

Maybe change the name to Kara, Lord of Thundervale
This should make enough room for the missing . It gives a little more immersive potential as well as the name sounds more natural.

Looks perfect! I wouldn't think twice if I cracked this in a pack, it really feels like a real Magic card!

Indeed it is. I'd totally play that card. Let's hope something similar appears in Strixhaven.
Btw, I noticed a templating issue:
It should either read
divided as you choose among any two target creatures
OR
divided as you choose among up to two target creatures
The first one would nerv Kara once more as the ability could fizzle if there weren't enough targets. The second one would allow her to blow up something big as well.

seshiro_of_the_orochi - hmm, good point, I'll see if I can change it without remaking the whole card since MTG.Design likes to glitch sometimes.

Normally you should simply be able to update the card without even having to re-embed it.
