Ok, so here are my thoughts:

In general, there are some issues with the wording and punctuation. But the cards still are understandable regarding what they do.

Movkil, The Luxa Killer

That one is pretty cool, if a little weak. The way it's worded, it has both afflict 1 and 3, which propably wasn't your intention. Just give it an "other creatures you control", and it's fine. You could change it to Jund colours to make it a decent Jackal commander.

Plagus, The Death Spreader

This one is interesting. I like to compare it to the commanders from Anje Falkenrath's precon generation. Interesting, but weirdly specific. What's odd about it that it costs 7 mana, but wants to be in play as early as possible. I have no idea on how to easily fix it.

Bartholomew Derskrel

What are his stats? I like the combination of abilities, but there isn't much Red about him. Maybe Mardu? That would feel better.

Barbarossa, Derskrel Lieutenant

First things first: I really wanna see that raving vampire with a fluffy red beard, that sounds hilarious. This seems like the most powerful and most colour-pie appropriate design to me. Thumbs up on this one!

King Agademtatis, Lord of Hallowed Graves

That name is definitely too long to fit into the same line, but the design is awesome. It feels more Abzan than Mardu, but otherwise, I like it.

Movkil, The Luxa Killer- No it wasn't my intention intention to give him both Afflict 3 and Afflict 1 and he's was meant to an Uncommon Legendary (some thing i forgot to add to all of them) so i didn't want to add to much though i could add haste or first strike to make a bit more powerful as for making him jund color why not

Plagus, The Death Spreader- Yeah his 7 mana cost makes him a late game commander but his effect i felt were lategame powerful but you do want sooner turn 4 or 5 at latest. I don't if the whole oddly specific was complment or a negitive. if i negitive i don't see the reason why. There nothing wrong with have a very narrow niche commander that doesn't have a broad appeal some it them that more interesting when they do show up (though they do have less flexible ways to build a deck true)

Bartholomew Derskrel- First he's a 4/3. Second i may of wanted him to do to much as a leader and pregentior of his clan (be a lord, making tokens, and deal with there mechanic of pure discarding). as for his colors vampires from innistrad are all rakdos except for both Edgars (and a couple of sorins even though se a walker not a creature but that semantics) three random vampires (Markov Waltzer, Markov Purifier and Welcoming Vampire) and Odric, so the idea of have a three color clan didn't mesh well

Bishu, Guardian of the Heavens- Never gave your thoughts on him

Barbarossa, Derskrel Lieutenant- Glad you liked him as you could tell the important Derskrel Vampires are named for famous Caribbean pirates (these were made before Ixilan came out i have a whole back log of custom cards that i peoples thoughts on)

King Agademtatis, Lord of Hallowed Graves- Glad you like him as well he's one of my favorites and i wanted a leader of a undead army (not just zombies) almost all necromancers are zombie based (i think some make skeletons im not sure) but none you ghosts and wraiths and such so yeah i wanted a true undead leader. but i could be abzan it can see it. as for the ehh it could be shortened

I just realized how harsh my comment sounded. Sorry for that. Had a good night's sleep now ;)

Plagus, The Death Spreader

"Weirdly specific" was meant neither positive nor negative, but simply descriptive. As I said, the design is cool. I might have had an epiphany on how to fix it: cut the first ability, make it cost and turn it into a 1/3, and it would actually work quite well.

Bartholomew Derskrel

The colour topic makes sense. Still doesn't feel particularly red, but I totally get your reasoning.

Bishu, Guardian of the Heavens

Missed that while copying the names. This feels like a Bant-coloured Iona, pretty powerful, but seven mana seems adequate.
