This one was just officially spoiled on Monday. He's part of the same cycle as Nyn, the Pain Artist, and I adore him.
Edric, Spymaster of Trest 1UG Legendary Creature-Elf Rogue Whenever a creature deals combat damage to one of your opponents, its controller may draw a card. 2/2
He seems real good for political games so your opponents benefit from not attacking you. But he might cause problems the same way group hug does because no one wants their opponents drawing lots of cards.

I think he'd be a fantastic general with the right deck. I imagine you'd want to pile on even more reasons for people not to attack you. Heavy defense, disruption, etc. That way, opponents have a choice between a positive and a negative, rather than a positive and a neutral. After your opponents have weakened each other, throw a Simic Sky Swallower or something at them.
Anyway, I'm mostly excited for team play with this guy. Your team will be drawing cards all day long, and you'd have a hand full of support for their creatures and/ or countermagic, with hopefully evasive creatures of your own. I can't wait to get my playset.

Yes, but casual is casual is casual. All new cards will be legal in vintage and legacy as well. :)
