how good are ally tribal as I blink deck trying to see if I want to build that ore just another blink deck
I would say you’d want Yarok, the Desecrated over General Tazri as the commander for the deck since double enter the battlefield triggers are crazy strong especially since they go off for each Ally.

well the intentions were if I built the ally tribal was to have all the best blink commanders in it and some of the other really good enter the battlefield effects. i really would like to build the ally tribal but don't think the creatures are very powerful they do have some amazing abilities but in battle I don't see them surviving very long

Blink decks generally don't do much attacking. Mostly you want to win off the ETBs. If you want all the best stuff for it don't do tribal.

As a johnny, I am in full support of this idea and I like it a lot.
Probably your commander needs to be General Tazri.
Either way, I think Rainbow could allow you the opportunity to do some really cheeky things with blinking- especially with effects life Isareth the Awakener.
As to your combat concern, run Cunning Evasion. It forces your opponents to choose between taking the damage and recurring ETBs.

It would be a solid deck and they build off each other so that is nice. However it probably won't be as strong as a more general blink deck since you have a tribal restriction. It would be cooler than just another goodstuff blink deck.
