Insight into Budget Card Draw Engines

Any one know of good draw engines or a list of them?

I'm specifically thinking of draw engines in-budget ($10 or less) that draw cards repeatably and are not super-well known.

Cards like Insight and not Phyrexian Arena

Infiltration Lens and Farsight Mask are some of may favs. Rishkar's Expertise is solid. Harmonize will often net you more card advantage than a Phyrexian Arena. Bloodgift Demon is literally a Phyrexian Arena. Greed is good.

I like Psychic Possession and I've seen Fecundity in the wild in a saproling sacrifice deck. The mutual card draw in that case did not work in the table's favor.

Rogue's Gloves, Looter il-Kor, Duskmantle Seer, Ninja of the Deep Hours. I've been a big fan of Endless Atlas especially in red and white decks that lack card draw.

Mask of Memory is really good, especially in decks with evasion

Are you after single card draw engines, or multiple card draw engines? Because while there are a lot of single card draw engines, eg. Phyrexian Arena, there are also a lot of simple to construct (i.e. not rube goldberg machine) card draw engines which can leverage two or more cards. Some examples are:

RiotRunner789: are you after these kind of cards too? Also, are you after this for a particular deck or at least colour combination? This will make tailoring the list much easier.

I also thought this might help (double posting I know):

Creatures/Artifacts/Enchantments that draw at the beginning of ____

Creatures/Artifacts/Enchantments that draw whenever ____

While this doesn't capture all of the cards, it will give a good starting point that will capture a lot of trigger based draw engines (no, these haven't been filtered against cost). I have specifically left out planeswalkers since they are typically around the $10+ price point, though the queries are not hard to modify.

Indulgent Tormentor could be a decent draw engine

Glad hejtmane mentioned Bounty of the Luxa.

Thoughts on taking out a Primal Amulet  Flip in a Zaxara deck for Bounty of the Luxa or for an Insight? The deck has 32 instants/sorceries but by the time primal could come on line, I'd rather have been drawing cards.

Side note, when I went hunting for my one copy of Bounty of the Luxa, I found it not with all my other rares but in a random deck box where, for some inexplicable reason, I kept 2 Hydroid Krasis and a couple Risk Factor's. Fodder for the trade binder.

My new favorite source of card draw in red is Furious Rise

Along those same lines Outpost Siege is pretty great, Vance's Blasting Cannons  Flip too.'

It goes without saying that Shamanic Revelation is amazing, my copies have been the difference between winning and losing sometimes

I run River Kelpie in my Riku of Two Reflections flashback deck and its pretty good especially when being copied. Most of the times i end up drawing my whole deck.

Deadpoo111 Red's been getting some pretty good card advantage engines lately. Sure the cards aren't to hand but its advantage nonetheless.

Cards I like to use to filter that are budget Into the Wilds it helps with filtering lands and note the land played does not count as your land played for the turn. This can be great late to mid game and reduce land flood or speed through it faster.

I recent new red card I added to my Samut deck Strike Force is Furious Rise this is great for filtering if you run big creatures the more ways to get to my cards is good

Hmm that is a pretty vague request. Card draw engines come in all shapes and sizes depending on your strategy. What type of deck are you trying to build? Regardless, here are some of my favorite general ones in each color:

Black: Greed, Arguel's Blood Fast  Flip, Underworld Connections

Green: Colossal Majesty, Lifecrafter's Bestiary, Rowen, Elemental Bond

Red: Vance's Blasting Cannons  Flip, Outpost Siege, Furious Rise

Blue: Monastery Siege, Kumena's Awakening, and many, many more

White: Hahahahaha...white doesn't draw cards. Mentor of the Meek and Dawn of Hope are about it

Colorless: Staff of Nin, Book of Rass, Conqueror's Galleon  Flip, Trading Post

Wasn't looking build a deck but possibly upgrade a couple without going out and buying a Rhystic Study.

Fair enough, here is one list that has a lot of options that you can look through. They have organized it by color and triggers as well. It doesn't contain everything and I think it's a bit outdated, but it seems to be pretty comprehensive.
