How Good is Akroma's Memorial in EDH?

I have a copy of Akroma's Memorial in every one of my EDH decks, because I feel that it a great card for that format, given its high mana cost, the fact that it is colorless, and the fact that all of my decks tend to have many creatures, but I would like to know the opinions of other users here on that subject.
What does everyone else say about this? How good is Akroma's Memorial in EDH?
It's a bit "winmore". It is worth it in slugfests for certain decks though. I've used it in Marisi, Breaker of the Coil
for midgame hasty evasion (then I get immediate value) even if it is an inevitable removal magnet.

I love it for when I cast a huge Genesis Wave for like 12 to 15 and I get a ton of creatures and Akroma's Memorial. Ot feels so good knowing that you now don't have to wait a turn to win.

It doesn't protect against non-red wrath effects which are a creature heavy decks biggest weakness. For that reason I'm not really a fan. I prefer Eldrazi Monument.

It always feels like a 'win more' card to me. If your creatures are good enough to attack in, they're probably fine with 1/3 the effect for 1/3 the mana cost. It will either draw removal or do nothing. Not saying it isn't good...I just find it too clunky for my tastes.

DarkMagician, the only problem with Eldrazi Monument is that it requires its controller to sacrifice a creature, which means that that player shall need to have reliable method of generating tokens.

TypicalTimmy, that is a very astute observation of that card, and I do hope that it is eventually reprinted (perhaps in either Double Masters or Commander Legends, later, this year?), since its price is hindering it from being widely used (as was the case with Rhystic Study before WotC finally reprinted it).
