Looking to add Springleaf Drum and Paradise Mantle to my lathril deck. I have all the one drop mana dorks and pretty much all the other good ones at 2 and 3 cmc, just wandering if it's worth adding these so I can turn my other ramping but non tapping and static effect elfs into dorks. Not sure if this is a good idea, any feedback appreciated.
You’d be better off running Cryptolith Rite , but even then it’s not that good for the reasons multimedia mentioned. By the time Lathril is connecting and you’re making tokens, you want to do something more impactful than tokens making mana at small rates. I also run Lathril, and I used to have just about all of the one mana dorks. And I ended up cutting some of the worse ones, so I definitely wouldn’t add artifact versions.

Hey, I don't think you need them. Cutting an Elf, a land or another support spell that has more impact for either of these cards doesn't seem like it would help. Honestly, with Elf tribal the less artifacts you play the better.
If you want this effect then instead consider Heritage Druid and Birchlore Rangers ? They're Elves who can make more than one mana and can tap Elf tokens the turn they're created which is powerful. You might already have Heritage since it's well known, but Birchlore is not as known and it's underrated with Lathril. Able to make black mana is helpful.
