EDH Under $1 is Back and I Need Suggestions

I would like some suggestions for commanders + cards to go with those suggestions, all under $1 on TCGPlayer at this time please.

Also, go check out SynergyBuild, he has an entire folder of Budget commander decks! they're pretty great.
If you're looking fopr something to brew on your own, I've found Mowu, Loyal Companion to be incredibly powerful and also super budget friendly. Also worth noting is Greven, Predator Captain who is ridiculously overpowered and I built for cards under a dollar with a theft theme (it still kills people on turn three) if you want the link to the deck, here it is though it has been severely upgraded in the mana base.

Also, there's a whole ultra budget brew article series on EDHREC that uses cards only under a dollar, though admittedly, over time, some of the older articles have increased in price.
Finally, there's a series of articles by Tomer Abramovici for Budget Commander on MTGGoldfish.com and his newer decks are in the $25 price range with clear upgrades over time, I would especially suggest his 6 CMC tribal brew (it's incredibly fun).
I hope you have great luck in building your commander deck, I know budget brewing is a challenge but it is well worth the reward at the end.

A great card for green is Into the Wilds you get to look at the top card of your library upkeep if it is a land put it on the battlefield best part does not count as your land played for your turn so filters your land + can be ramp oh and is like 25cents
Abundance is another variation of filtering your deck also green

Echoing Truth flexible bounce because if it is tokens it hits all the same tokens
Creature exile Reality Shift Crib Swap
Look at charms some are cheaper than others some will fit budgets some may not but see example below Sultai Charm
More removal Status / Statue Turn / Burn
Shenanigans Reins of Power ignore the $5 ones someone is trying to rip people off outside those they are all 50-85 cents
Look for value creatures like Savage Ventmaw Giant Killer Steel Hellkite

Deadpoo111 - Thanks for the suggestions! I really like the idea of the deck you made, however I'm just trying to make the decks so every card including the commander is under $1 , with no specific budget in mind. Mowu, Loyal Companion is a great suggestion, do you have any others that are currently under $1?
