hey guys, always wanted to build an edh deck with cards like Choice of Damnations and Cruel Entertainment . the problem ist which commander, any ideas? thx

Those kinds of cards are usually at such a high CMC, you might find that K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth could help cast those cards (and everything else!) earlier--ergo killing everyone with choices much faster!

I second Kaervek the Merciless but I also think with those cards you mentioned that they would fit well in a Tergrid, God of Fright Flip deck. But I have built a kaervek deck and he just wins games. He is so good. I especially like playing him and punishing the players who pass turn. This always keeps the salt to a minimum

Sounds like Blim, Comedic Genius would be the best choice as you can give your opponents black and red cards with detrimental abilities and make them suffer from them.
