Coming back to the game, need a deck update!

Hey all, I'm coming back to the game after a few year long hiatus. I stopped playing after Dominaria and my main Commander deck is probably way out of date.

Guess Who's Back, Back Again, And Again (pretty apt name)

I've gotten suggestions such as Impact Tremors, Generator Servant, Sword of Truth and Justice and many others. What are some staple cards I may be missing? What vital +1/+1 counter cards have been released since Dominaria?
