Best Phyrexian theme commander? Atraxa, PV or Atraxa, GU?

I opened the oil slick foil version of Atraxa, Grand Unifier today! Really excited! Been wanting to build a full on Phyrexian vorthos deck for a while now.... but ... Would this version of Atraxa be best suited for that? Or would I be better off with Atraxa, Praetors' Voice?
Probably more towards infect/toxic. Will probably include a couple of the compleated planeswalkers, too. This probably means that Praetor's Voice is the better option, but I think I might just build it and use either or depending on my mood.
I want the deck to be compleatly (hehe) phyrexian in art and flavor, though.

What themes or mechanics are you looking for?
Infect/toxic is better with Atraxa, Praetors' Voice.
Assimilating with Enslave, Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor, and Praetor's Grasp would probably be better with Atraxa, Grand Unifier.
Conversion and recovery with Birthing Pod, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Phyrexian Missionary, and Phyrexian Reclamation would probably also be Great Unifier.
