What can I Improve In My "Budget Tron" (Competitive)

Sorcerys:4x Ancient Stirrings2x Explore4x Sylvan Scrying

Lands:4x Urza's Mine 4x Urza's Power Plant4x Urza's Tower1x Mountain8x Forest

My budget is under 150 if you can. I recently got back into magic after 2 years of absence. I'm starting a new modern deck but if you guys have some standard format ideas i will take those too.

Well, you definitely need 4x tower, since if you get Ghost Quarter you just lose.

If it wasnt clear I meant if someone uses Ghost Quarter on you. Some people also run Fulminator Mage in the sideboard which also blows you out of you only have the one tower.

Sorry for posting again, I just realized I miss read your post, I thought it read like Uzras tower 1, but it actually read 4 tower. So sorry for that!
