U/B Theft Deck Help

Pretty much looking for help and suggestions on this U/B theft deck I am currently building. It is a conversion of a Oona combo deck I had, but I am taking it apart because winning with combo leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Anyway, the deck pretty much just wants to steal my opponents stuff. If they are playing it, I want to play it!
The commander is Dragonlord Silumgar and he is a stealyboy. Anyhow, you can find the deck list here any help is appreciated.

Edit: Oh, and I am on somewhat of a budget. That was a pretty silly thing to forget...
Perplexing Chimera is a riot. Puppeteer Clique is a nice graveyard theft. And Sower of Temptation is a solid choice. Oh and Notion Thief and Hostage Taker

Gonti, Lord of Luxury is surprisingly good and Desertion can be heartbreaking to an opponent.

Well budget knocks out Treachery and Gilded Drake sadly.... Hmmm Phyrexian Infiltrator is an oldie but a goodie thats a nice budget option. Insidious Will is another nice choice.
