Transforming creatures into Dragons

I had this idea for a deck where I constantly cast Frogify effects on my opponents whilst casting similarly weak creatures myself. But then what I wanted to do was transform them into dragons. I am purposely limiting myself to dragons for flavour but if there aren't many more cards that can do this, then I'll have to rethink my strategy - probably just hard cast dragons to stay on theme or just other big creature token generators.
So far in my list of cards that I've found are:
Atarka Monument Dance of the Skywise Day of the Dragons Descent of the Dragons Dragonshift Dromoka Monument Kolaghan Monument Ojutai Monument Sarkhan the Mad Silumgar Monument
If there are any others people can think of, it would be HUGELY appreciated.

You can use cards like Mirrorweave to temporarily turn everything into a dragon. Only lasts until the end of the turn but thereare ways of spamming spells like this.

So here's an idea. What about morph? Morph creatures are no creature type when they are in the morph state. Then turn it up any time for its morph cost and boom it's a dragon. Theres 7 cards that do this.

For even more flavor, how about Form of the Dragon? Now even YOU can be a dragon! Note-this is probably a very bad card.

griffstick that is actually pretty dang close to what I was hoping to go for! the morph effect is almost bang on!!! Thank you so much, I'm going to fiddle around with a list. Hopefully, I can make the jankiness work XD

- One with the Stars
- Mystic Subdual
- Darksteel Mutation
- Song of the Dryads
So there are a series of cards from Stronghold, Exodus, and Tempest. They are creatures that transform into auras and can transform back to creatures. And they also fit the "jank" this deck has.

Also maybe Chromium, the Mutable needs to be in the deck!

So, funnily enough, I actually had every card you mentioned for the opponents except for Song of the Dryads for budget reasons. I quite like the idea of those Licid cards - like you said, they're super janky fun. but I can also play them as crappy creatures and use them on the dragons later.
I also had Curse of the Swine and other removal of the same nature like Pongify or Beast Within so I think that with the combination of cards I had set aside to disrupt opponents, I'm pretty set in that regard.
Haha Chromium, the Mutable was actually a placeholder for the commander hahhaha! But I think I primarily need U/G and then as a 3rd colour, W/R. I also was thinking that Ramos, Dragon Engine could be a flavourful commander whilst also giving me access to 5 colours. Given the limitations of the jankiness, more colours might be the way to go. Though, limitations breed creativity. So, I would be open to less colours too.

It's also worth noting, if I happen to mention any cards that aren't "budget", it's because I own them already. So please feel free to mention any card that fits the theme or flavour, but the spirit of the deck would primarily be to keep it as budget as possible.

Vedalken Humiliator is a pretty strong creature with this effect tho, sadly, not a dragon
