(I personally ponder IF I should do this for all my decks...)
Q1: There are currently 102 cards in this deck, so the first priority is what cards are worth cutting?
Q2: Any Misc. Cards also worth adding? Since we're dealing w/ Morphs/Megamorphs/Manifests, Stuff that benefit from & ≤2 Power, or anything of the sort can help.
Q3: FINAL: With 2 cards left to cut, but several cards that still deserve a chance in the Maybeboard, what would you choose to put back in, as well as cut?

As far as your thread title goes, it should probably be something more like, "Need help with Kadena morph/manifest deck."
As far as the deck goes, have you considered giving a look at suggestion on EDHRec? It's always a good start, and they even provide a "common precon upgrades" link you can usually find to see what you can do to shape things up a bit.
As far as Volrath goes, I think you can pull him from the deck. I think he's in there to be a commander of his own deck.

@bushido_man96: Hmm... Not a bad thought, actually. I'll see what I can do about the names; they're just there for reasons already mentioned to be "Quirky/Just a lame liner". As for the 2nd idea, a Wise idea indeed. I'll see what I can do about this after I get to such a position as such "Precon Upgrading". I already tried that w/ Kadena, No less than 130 now. I'll see what I can do from here. During this, The Renaming begins. I ponder what to cut for myself...
Ah whatever. You've been a good help thus far. I ponder merely as I think of what to cut next; myself...

Cutting from the precons tends to be pretty easy. WOTC usually throws a bunch of cuttable chaff into these decks in their attempts to design them to be balanced against each other. Once you've decided which legendary you want to run as your commander, start chopping the cards that don't focus on what the commander wants to do. I find this tends to lead to around 10 cuts pretty easily on average.

Back. Didn't think I'd be still working on this. Anyway, I cut a decent amount, but it is certainly no 100 Card Deck still. I'll have to assume I'll have to continue on this...

Well, as an update to the deck: at least we can say Volrath, the Shapestealer is out, & Ezuri 2.0 will be staying for a very long while...
Also, being able to BOUNCE Mantfests to your hand w/ Temur Sabertooth , Words of Wind , even Scroll of Fate allows you a choice for Manifestation. While killing the ones you DON'T own via Thieving Amalgam is like a perfect vengeance; even cards like Qarsi Deceiver , Temur War Shaman , Whisperwood Elemental , even Ghastly Conscription , Ethereal Ambush , & even Write into Being .
Also adding Cloudform , We have an amount of 115 cards in so far; or 114 if nobody wants me adding such a card. From there, we have 2 things left; the 3rd Question about what helps Creatures; Morphs/Megamorphs/Manifest all apply to these Bylaws. & since all start as Faceless 2/2 Colorless Face-Down Token Creatures, the question now is: In Colors, what would be good for both , cards, & those w/ eith 2 Power and/or 2 Toughness, or lower even?
From there it's the first, & last question: What to Cut?!
I'll proceed in removing some of these things; they've been established anyway. :)
So, what cards that can support basically any Morphs/Megamorphs/Manifests (Colorless 2/2 Face Down Tokens.) can help big here?
I'm done for now; I'll just remove some things as they're accomplished...

Update: Recently Dismantled my Gob-Tribal Deck for a Last Shot at Mono- Burn. Yes, it's as boring as it sounds... kinda.
So, I have to ask: was removing Cloudform for the best? What cards would've you cut instead? Would Krosan Cloudscraper be too much in, for his Ransom to keep in play where Ezuri 2.0 grants power on the fly? Are Crafty Pathmage & Minamo Sightbender absolute suck here for the benefit of better cards helping a cause the former 2 can't do better?
These would be where I'd start cutting. Your Opinion? Remember, The Morph/Megamorph/Manifest idea must be compatible w/ Support & Support for creatures 2 or Fewer Power. Can you think of any of these cards in Sultai () colors? Thanks for whatever help you can think of...

Update: Just updated my deck to have a Myriad of ways to use Face-Down Cards. I am now at 17 cards over. But I still need your help on this.
I'll deal w/ Yidris myself. I just want your thoughts on Kadena for now. That said, I'd like some ideas for cuts as of this point please. It's Ironic nobody was helping me by this point. I just wanted some opinions of what should stay, cut, or be added instead; especially Backslide ; how does one repeat the effect as if w/o even Isochron Scepter ? Another Question to add.

I just updated the OP again. I decided to give the Maybeboard one last chance to get a spot on the 100 cards. Any suggestions for the final 2 cards? What to replace w/ the cards of the Maybeboard? BTW: I chose Mastermind's Acquisition as it's a better Diabolic Tutor - You wanted my opinion on "Wish Cards" in MTG? Screw the Side Deck, find another Zone for all formats to rejoice. I thought of the Command Zone at first, but who's going to put that in alongside a game of CMDR w/ Archenemy Schemes, Planechase Planes, Vanguards, & at most, 2 Commanders w/ Partners, ALL IN THE SAME ZONE?! Just a worst case scenario. I'll cease derailing though... XP

Hey, I've been wondering, should I do something about the title for each of these Forum posts? I very much appreciate trying to right my own wrongs, & the ones that helped; they absolutely helped. The problems not mentioned, I've trying all I can. That said, does anyone want to help this please? I just dunno if even double posting like it is a Bump is allowed anymore.
