Should I Put the New Teferi in My Atraxa Deck?

The new Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset is very awesome, and I am contemplating putting him into my Atraxa, Praetors' Voice EDH deck, but, if I do that, I have not decided what card to remove to make room for him. If I do remove a card I definitely shall exchange an existing planeswalker for him, but I need to decide which planeswalker I shall remove.
My first choice is Dovin Baan, because he is rather lackluster and has the same mana cost as the new Teferi, but I like his emblem very much, and, with sufficient sources of proliferation, I can use his second ability indefinitely, even gaining loyalty each time.
My second choice is Narset Transcendent, because, while her emblem is very powerful (and is the entire reason for her being in the deck), it has a very high loyalty cost, and her other two abilities are not particularly useful; actually, that is not true, as her first ability is great, but this deck does not have a sufficient number of instant and sorcery spells to justify using her second ability very often. Plus, the moment that I cast her shall make me an enemy to the entire game, since very few players will want to allow me to get that emblem.
What does everyone else here say about this? Should I put the new Teferi into my Atraxa deck, and, if I should, which planeswalker should I remove in exchange for him?

RNR_Gaming, all but two of the planeswalkers in my Atraxa deck produce emblems, and the other two put +1/+1 counters on all of my creatures, which were very deliberate choices that I made when building this deck.
If you are fond of Teferi, which planeswalker, between Dovin and Narset, do you recommend that I remove to make room for him?

I do not like Ajani Steadfast but I assume that its' a pet card if it's between those 2 nix Dovin

RNR_Gaming, Ajani Steadfast is in this deck for his second and third abilities. As for Dovin, do you believe that he is less useful than is Narset?

Narset can immediately ult with doubling season or another similar doubler. Dovin can not. Both are solid emblems, but narset can make an impact faster with you opponents only able to answer at instand speed. That would be why she is better than Dovin in my opinion. I agree that both are better than Ajani though.

Dovin is less usful than narset functionality wise but it's not like it's by a huge margin. If I were playing this commander my approach would be much different. I'd be running Arena Rector, Academy Rector all the cards like Birthing Pod and Deepglow Skate - being able to loop a Jace, Architect of Thought into an Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and whatever degenerate stuff your opponents have is just back breaking. You seem to be trying to pull punches/play more fair magic.

RNR_Gaming, the two rectors and the pod do not use counters in any way, and nearly every card in that deck sues counters in some way.

Academy Rector sac to pod get Doubling Season and a 5 drop in most builds it'd be Deepglow Skate - if you have any walkers on board chances are you can now ultimate and every walker coming down threatens an ultimate. :)
Arena Rector sac to pod get planeswalker of choice I usually get Jace, Architect of Thought or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon - and of course Deepglow Skate immediately ultimate walkers and watch everyone be sad.

If it doesn't ultimate with doubling season or vornclex I'd cut it. Also, I'd only run walkers that provide insurmountable value once they ultimate like Jace, Architect of Thought or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon but I'm a filthy optimizer ;) If that's not your thing its really just going to be preferance they all do similar things but in this circumstance I give the edge to Teferi
