Reaper King Help (Budget)

Hey all.
So after some trading I finally got my favorite 5 Color EDH card: Reaper King .
I made a list out of what I had and was wondering a few things:

Do I need less lands with all the mana rocks I run?

What are some good sources of CA? Should I go for stuff like Soul of the Harvest and Guardian Project ?
-
Do I need more creatures? I feel like my 22 is a bit low, especially since only around half are scarecrows without Xenograft / Arcane Adaptation .

I went ahead and went up to 36 lands so hopefully that should work better. Now I'll probably playtest this a few times today to see how it goes!

Mainly its trying to get changelings. What other directions do you think it's going in? I thought maybe it would be good at token making and arcane adaptation and such.

31 lands seems quite low. Even with the artifact ramp, you'll still need around 37 lands to try to stay consistent with hitting land drops and fixing your mana right.
