punishment for tapping / untapping

Hello my beloved friends and subordinates. I am looking for a deck that punishes for certain actions similar to Wheel. I'm looking for punishment for tapping and untapping. It is important that it should not necessarily be a Hardlock. (Softlock is ok).

Subordinate- "Lower in rank or position"... I am personally offended.
I really can't think of much that would punish tapping and untapping. Most of it is going to be geared towards opponents tapping their land like Mana Web . But I'll give you War's Toll , Price of Glory , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger .
The other thing to consider is what exactly are you trying to punish? Because tapping can be using activated abilities, attack, or blocking for creatures/artifacts. You could go Treasure Nabber or you could go Immolation Shaman or Harsh Mentor or Blood Reckoning . All are technically punishing you opponent for "tapping".

Did a quick Gatherer search, here are some that have not already been mentioned:
- Manabarbs is a pretty solid option, and works great in a group slug deck.
- Mesmeric Orb
- There are a few auras that punish the tapping of specific permanents, such as Betrayal , Blight , Psychic Venom , and several others..

What colours are you aiming for? Or does that depend on what you find?
I feel like most things have been covered and I'm getting a bit off track with my suggestions but I thought of Kill Switch , Verity Circle and Overabundance

I was hoping for Simic but of course I take everything I can find to the topic.
The way it looks, you're most likely to be punished for tapping countries. I might have thought of something like Angel's Trumpet + Shisato, Whispering Hunter or Yosei, the Morning Star .

Man I'll have to try and get back to you, but my friend runs a really crazy mardu curse deck; with Queen Marchesa as the commander. You couldn't do anything without being put between a rock and a hard place.
