New deck ideas

I am currently working on and playtesting a proliferate deck. Some of the cards in the deck are proxies at the moment (More expensive planeswalkers)
I am looking to add some cards ON A BUDGET to the deck ($5 or less) that I would not have thought of to possibly upgrade the deck from the semi-casual state that it is in.

Sage of Hours would be awesome but I don't have many spells that would target it with to gain counters. I would need to find other ways to get counters on it.

Hey I think you need more ramp other wise people are going to be quicker than you.
Otherwise, i think proliferate can be broken but you need to use the things that make it broken.
