Need of an upgrade

I just got my C15 Seize Control precon and I'd like some tips to upgrade it.
I'd like to start with the mana base (getting rid of the tap lands)
I already added a few cards but it still doesn't feel enough.
It's should held up in a semi-competitive edh environments.
