I need a general in naya that can use tokens and vehicles.
Is there a general you guys could recommend me ?

I second Marath, Will of the Wild, by far my favorite and very versatile.
If you're looking for something more Timmy-ish, I would go for Rith, the Awakener. There's also Tana, the Bloodsower + Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa

How many vehicles should I play in the deck ?
And other than vehicles is there any specific must play cards you could recommend?

The balance will come down to playtesting, however I would recommend that you attempt to make one theme work. If you're going for vehicles and are going to suppliment that with tokens, that's fine. Baut make sure you run primarily vehicles/vehicle support cards, rather than multiple themes.
As for good value cards, I would say that Kessig Wolf Run/Slayers' Stronghold are both good. Not only do they provide more punch, but they let you buff smaller creatures who can then crew vehicles by themselves.
Also, I would suggest using a heavier focus on mana dorks (if you're going vehicles) as they cna be used to ramp early but then can be used to pilot said vehicles.

Hmm I'm not really familiar with vehicles besides Smuggler's Copter tbh...maybe Skysovereign, Consul Flagship?

Marath, Will of the Wild is good at making tokens. Gahiji, Honored One makes tokens scary. Samut, Voice of Dissent gives all your stuff haste which is good for vehicular deployment, not to mention the untapping works nicely with crewing vehicles.
