Lookin to go all in on Aurelia

So despite with Commander 19 and all the other popular and amazing commanders that I would love to build around I think it should be about time I work on amping my paper decks up to all be on about the same consistency level in terms of power. Since it is my all time favorite deck to play that I currently have I’m deciding to work on my Aurelia deck first.
Pretty much what I’m looking for is what everyone thinks would be good additions to the deck and what I should take away from it.
I’m all for cards like Wheel of Fortune , but Mana Crypt is a bit outta my wheelhouse in terms of funds. So feel open to suggest whatever you think would be good to add.
enpc The Angel tribal theme had been the original plan with the deck, but I’ve slowly been drifting away from it. So I’d be perfectly up for replacing some of the angels for better cards.

Joe_Ken_: If that's the case then I think you'll see more bang for buck with Aurelia if you focus the strategy around her more. That way you won't suffer as much with the draw limitations of red/white. Personally I like the whole Helm of the Host combo as it's relying on equipment tutoring which is one of the few things that red/white is good at.
I have an Aurelia list which is designed to be for competetive metas, however I haven't actually play tested it:

It's not perfect but it might give you some inspiration.

So are you looking to keep the same theme for the edck, or are you lloking to make it more powerful? while I get that you can do both to some extent, angel tribal will only take you so far.
Things I am noticing about the deck though, more low end ramp and more card advantage are good. If you don't want to hand over the cash for Wheel of Fortune , the less good (but plays well into reanimation) Magus of the Wheel isn't a bad option. Alms Collector is also decent to slow your opponents down. Endless Atlas is another budget option which works well if you're running a basic heavy list.
