Is Temur Ascendancy Justified in this Deck?

I have a copy of Temur Ascendancy in my Riku of Two Reflections EDH deck, but I am wondering if that deck contains a sufficient number of creatures with power 4 or greater to justify the inclusion of that enchantment.

What does everyone else say about this subject? Does my Riku deck contain enough creatures with power 4 or greater to justify the inclusion of Temur Ascendancy?

only 11 creatures? ik it a copy but 11 seems to little for Ascendancy to do much

I usually want around 20 of a type of card to justify running an effect that cares about it--that allows for one in 5 cards to be synergistic with it.

I would instead run Beast Whisperer, or--if you can afford it--The Great Henge.

Stardragon, Omniscience_is_life, I was already very uncertain about that card, so I thank you for helping me to make up my mind about it.

Temur Ascendancy is Fervor with extra color and effect... so if you have if you can consistently have tri colors on curve I see no issue. Assuming Haste is the initial reason for inclusion anyway, though after looking I see no others in the list so... who knows. If it's card draw I'm sure there's better.

JANKYARD_DOG, I have modified my deck since I started this thread, so you may not have seen its earlier incarnation, and I had the enchantment in the deck mainly for its card drawing ability, which other users and I have agreed was not being fully and properly utilized, so I have removed it from my deck.
